High street retailer Halfords has updated its Voodoo Bizango range, with the Carbon version’s frame now having greater tyre clearance - up from 2.2-inches to 2.35.
Both the Carbon and Carbon Pro are equipped with a Maxxis Forecaster EXO TR tyre at the front, which is 2.35-inches in size. Meanwhile, to the back is a 2.25-inch Maxxis Rekon EXO TR tyre.
For added control during braking, these tyres use wide knobs down the middle, while L-shaped side knobs are said to assure support when carving loose turns.
The regular Bizingo Carbon is equipped with a Judy Silver TK fork from RockShox, while the Carbon Pro has an upgraded RockShox SID Select fork for when presented with more demanding terrain.
In addition to the superior fork, the Carbon Pro features a 12-speed Deore drivetrain from cycling component brand, Shimano.
The Carbon and Carbon Pro also come fitted with the same Volt saddle from WTB.
In terms of weight, the Bizango Carbon is claimed to weigh 13kg, while the Carbon Pro comes in at 12.4kg.
They are available now exclusively at Halfords, with the Voodoo Bizango Carbon priced at £1,200, while the Carbon Pro is priced at £1,650.
