Jaguar F-Type bows out in new ZP Edition guise
The car will be limited to just 150 units - 10 allocated for the UK
Jaguar has unveiled the new F-TYPE ZP Edition, which will be the company's last sports car to be powered by an internal combustion engine.
It comes ahead of Jaguar’s plans to become an all-electric brand by 2025, signifying the imminent conclusion of F-Type production before the end of the year.
The ZP Edition is based on the F-TYPE R and is powered by the same supercharged 5.0-litre V8 engine, producing 575bhp and 700Nm of torque. This allows the car to accelerate from 0-62mph in 3.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 186mph.
Exterior features include a new front grille, rear diffuser and exhaust pipes. It also comes with a set of 20-inch alloy wheels and a choice of two exclusive exterior colours, Zesty Orange and Midnight Amethyst.
Inside, the ZP Edition boasts a black leather interior with orange stitching, while onboard equipment included a heated steering wheel, heated and cooled front seats, and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster.
The car will be limited to just 150 units, though just 10 will be allocated to the UK. Pricing remains unconfirmed, but is expected to command a higher price than the £103,075 F-Type R 75.
