Jaguar updates I-PACE with styling tweaks and trim levels
Changes include a new "shield" grille and metallic paint options
Jaguar has announced an updated version of its all-electric SUV, the I-PACE, in a bid to remain competitive in the premium EV crossover market.
Changes to the exterior include a new smooth "shield" grille, body-coloured door finishers, a rear diffuser, and an option for metallic satin paint for the first time. A contrast panoramic roof with a black finish is also now an option.
The trim level line-up has been refined to include R-Dynamic S, R-Dynamic SE Black, R-Dynamic HSE Black, and a new UK-only range-topping trim, the 400 Sport.
The 400 Sport includes a new boot spoiler, adaptive air suspension, and performance seats with Windsor leather with 14-way adjustable heating and cooling.
The battery and powertrain remains the same, with a 90 kWh battery and dual electric motors providing 394bhp and an official range of 292 miles.
78 miles of range can also be added in just 15 minutes with a 100kW DC charger, while a full charge via a standard 11kW home wallbox takes just over 8.5 hours.
To help save money, owners can also set the car to replenish its battery during off-peak times, and limit its charge capacity to reduce battery degradation.
Prices for the new I-PACE start at £69,995 for the R-Dynamic S, and £79,995 for the 400 Sport.
