Bianchi’s gravel and touring e-bike collection has gained a new, full-carbon made model.

Designed for on and off road cycling, the e-Arcadex gravel features an electric motor from Bosch, which delivers up to 85 Nm torque.

The motor is powered by a 500Wh removable battery which slots into the frame. On a full charge, the battery can provide a range of 71 miles, and is protected by mud, water and debris by a dedicated cover.

Its Velomann seatpost was developed to increase the bike’s shock absorption with 80mm of travel, which is in addition to 40mm of integrated suspension.

The carbon frame can come fitted with up to 700x45 tyres, which Bianchi says improves feedback and stability.

There’s also an e-Arcadex Tourer model, which comes with racks, fenders as well as front and rear lights.

Both the standard and Tourer versions come in three colours: Glacial blue, Desert bronze and Forest green.

The new Bianchi e-Arcadex is priced at £5.422, while the Tourer is priced at £4.641.
