Hong Kong and UK-based electric bike brand Rymic has pulled the covers on its commuter-focused Infinity 3.
Rymic claim the e-bike's removable 36V lithium battery can provide a range of 61 miles, while its dedicated fast charger can deliver a full charge in 2.5 hours.
The Infinity 3’s battery pack is also paired with a 250W Mivice M070 rear hub motor, which Rymic says will allow for a top speed of up to 16mph - or 20mph for the US variants, due to geographic regulations.
Further technical details include the addition of a 46 Nm Mivice S200 torque sensor enabling the rider to fully utilise the 21 gradient modes on offer: three pedal assist modes that are accessed via a 7-speed shifter from Shimano. A LCD display with usb connectivity and power-on password completes the primary furnishings.
The whole unit weighs 18kg, and merges an aluminium frame with an aluminium alloy crank, 700C aluminium rims and an aluminium front fork. Aside from the aluminium-galore, a Tektro mechanical disc brake and 700CC tyres complete the basic set-up, which will be available in four colour combinations: Galaxy Grey, Ocean Blue, Silver White and Carbon Black.
In terms of dimensions and sizing, the Infinity 3 has a maximum weight capacity of 150kg, wheelbase of 1105mm and a handlebar reach of 613mm. The seat height can adjust to between as low as 850mm or as high as 1102mm.
With the order books now open for an earliest guaranteed delivery of October 2022, Rymic has priced the Infinity 3 at a pre-VAT retail price of around £855.
